Day 30 Devotional

“The Lord has done it this very day; let us rejoice today and be glad.”

Verse: Psalm 118:24 (NIV)

What lights you up from the inside out? Is it going for a long run? Taking your pup for a walk by the lake? Do you sing to the radio at the top of your lungs? Whatever it is, take time to focus on joy and celebration because while that may initially feel gratuitous, God assures you that it is not.

Working hard is good, but playing hard is just as crucial to your mental and physical well-being. Celebrating the little things in life is not a bad idea, either. Like coming to the end of the Do Good, Feel Good 30-Day Challenge–you did it! You put in the time, completed the challenges and kept the faith—well done, good and faithful servants.

As you reflect on the journey this month has taken you on, continue moving with momentum out into the world. Be a marker for change by sharing how small, actionable steps made a big difference in your life. When friends ask, “What’s different about you?” tell them. Shout it from the rooftops, share how you’ve grown and changed. You can also pass along the challenge link and encourage them to join. It’s never too late for Day 1. Don’t forget. You just conquered the mountain. What hill is next on your agenda to climb?
